Shelter Associate (Custodian) | Part-time

We are seeking a dedicated Custodian to join our team. The Custodian will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our facilities. The Custodian will join Open Doors’ team and work closely with shelter staff and leadership to ensure smooth operations of the area’s only low-barrier emergency shelter and drop-in center. The position is responsible for ensuring that the facility is clean and welcoming to all participants. Open Doors is dedicated to providing safe shelter for the unhoused, as well as compassionate support and access to services for all in the Harrisonburg-Rockingham community. Learn more & apply.
